About us
Meet Saori, the owner and pastry chef at Sabeno patisserie. With over 25 years in the industry, Saori trained at Abeno pastry school in Osaka Japan. She then worked in some of the top restaurants and hotels in Tokyo and France including two exciting years at Joel Robuchon’s 3 Michelin star restaurant in Paris. After more than ten years in Auckland Saori decided the time was right to open her own shop and Sabeno was born!
The Sabeno experience is all about quality and service, bringing together the best Kiwi, French and Japanese desserts and cakes. All made fresh in store by Saori. And the smiles we see from customers is the best reward.
